What the app stores (locally)
To do its job, Habit-Check keeps the following on your device only: your habits and their completion history; tasks, sub-tasks, tags and notes; reminders and their schedules; fasting sessions and weight entries; focus-timer sessions; app settings including theme and any background photo you choose.”, “A background photo you pick is resized and saved into the app’s local storage. Subscriptions and Google Play
Habit-Check Pro is sold as a subscription through Google Play. Notifications

Backups
The optional Export feature creates a file containing your data and hands it to you. Where you store or share that file is entirely under your control.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Reset all data to erase everything the app has stored, or simply uninstall the app. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.”, “Your subscription record is deliberately left out of that reset, so resetting your data does not cost you access you have paid for. Habit-Check is a personal productivity tool for tracking habits, tasks, notes, focus sessions and intermittent fasting. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The app includes educational information about fasting physiology, with sources cited. It is not medical advice, and the app is not a medical device. Consult a qualified clinician before starting any fasting protocol — especially extended fasts — and particularly if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating. You use the fasting features at your own discretion and risk.
Some features are part of Habit-Check Pro, an optional auto-renewing subscription of US$7.99 per year (local pricing and taxes may vary), sold through Google Play.”, “The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it any time under Subscriptions in the Google Play Store — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the current period expires.”, “New users can start a one-week free trial inside the app without entering payment details. All data lives on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Export backup). Deleting the app, resetting data, or losing the device permanently deletes any data that was not exported.
Reminders rely on your device’s alarm and notification systems, which the operating system may delay or suppress (for example in battery-saver modes). Do not rely on the app for time-critical or safety-critical alerts
You may not reverse the app’s licensing, misrepresent its origin, or use it in any unlawful way. You may not hold the app out as providing medical, legal or financial advice.
Habit-Check is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always ships inside the app with its effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
